Preliminary root cause: Due to a recent change that decommissioned a backend service, requests were directed to an incorrect endpoint. This resulted in request handling issues and ultimately affected machines’ processing capabilities, which led to impact.
Status: Problemet er nu løst. Microsoft har adresseret hovedårsagen, og tjenesterne er tilbage til normal drift.

From monitoring service telemetry, most users should now experience relief. We’ve completed our optimizations and we’re continuing our period of extended monitoring to ensure the availability remains stable.

We’ve isolated the cause of mail queue delays and have restarted the affected infrastructure to drain stalled queues. We’ll remain in an extended monitoring phase until this draining is completed and we can consider the incident fully recovered.

We’ve identified a recent change which we believe has resulted in impact. We’ve begun to revert the change and are investigating what additional actions are required to mitigate the issue.

Forbindelses problemer hos Microsoft

Vi oplever i stor grad, at der er udfordringer med at logge ind og oprette forbindelse til mailbokse via API.
Dette kan medføre, at mails ikke med garanti kan behandles rettidigt som normalt af DPG-løsningen.
Bemærk, dette problem berører umiddelbart kun kunder med Exchange Online

Affected services: Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 suite, Microsoft Teams
Users may be unable to access Exchange Online using the following impacted connection methods:
– Outlook on the web
– Outlook desktop client
– Representational State Transfer (REST)
– Exchange ActiveSync (EAS)
