How long does it take before the Office Add-In is updated in Outlook for existing installations?

In our experience updates generally happen faster than new installations, so probably less than 24 hours but we have seen it take 24 hours or more.

For this reason, it is our recommendation to update the Office Add-In on Friday allowing the update time to be completed during the weekend.
